Paiboon leads Business Development and Solutions at Nuovo Plus, a PTT Group energy solutions company. In this role, he oversees the deployment of solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS), energy-as-a-service (EaaS), and PPA offerings for commercial and industrial (C&I) customers across Thailand.
With a career spanning the power and energy sector, Paiboon brings focused expertise in C&I energy procurement, BESS integration, and structured energy solutions — working across project development, system integration, and long-term offtake structuring. His work spans automotive, industrial, and retail sectors, with a focus on deploying bankable, high-reliability energy systems that meet both cost and resilience requirements. At Nuovo Plus, Paiboon drives strategic partnerships across multinational industrial networks — including major Japanese manufacturing and trading conglomerates — as well as regional energy players. Through these collaborations, he positions the company at the forefront of the energy transition and industrial decarbonization in Southeast Asia.
