Dr. honglin Liu is a distinguished expert in all-solid-state battery (ASSB) technology, with over a decade of deep expertise in sulfide-based ASSB R&D and industrial scaling.
He has spearheaded the end-to-end construction of ASSB R&D and manufacturing systems, covering laboratories, pilot lines and a 200 MWh mass production line. His landmark technical breakthroughs include stable kilogram-scale batch synthesis of sulfide and halide electrolytes, and large-format cells with capacity exceeding 60 Ah. He resolved critical process bottlenecks such as electrostatic film formation, lifting the fabrication yield of large-size ASSB cells from less than 10% to over 90%. He has a proven track record of building technical teams from scratch, and delivers full-cycle project execution from technology roadmap planning to mass production ramp-up.
