Dr. Visarn Lilavivat is a senior researcher at the National Energy Technology Center (ENTEC),
NSTDA, where he works in the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Research Team and
the Low Carbon Energy Research Group.
His research focuses on hydrogen fuel cells, low-carbon hydrogen production, and sustainable
aviation fuel (SAF).
He received his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Carolina,
specializing in proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) systems.
Dr. Lilavivat has extensive experience collaborating with major automotive and energy
companies, providing practical insights into deploying hydrogen technologies for transportation
and supporting the decarbonization of the aviation sector through SAF.
