Karthik Sathi is Executive Director in the Energy, Renewables & Infrastructure team at DBS Bank since January 2026.
He brings more than 17 years of investment banking experience, focusing on M&A origination as well as strategic financing across oil & gas, chemicals, infrastructure, and most recently on energy transition.
Karthik began his investment banking career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York before moving to Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore.
He has presented in various forums, offering insights on the state of the industry, bankability of projects, and emerging themes in the energy sector.
