Adrian Lian is the Asia Pacific Head of the Energy sector team at ING, based in Singapore. The Energy sector covers clients involved in the production, transport, handling, storage and distribution activities of the energy (electrons and molecules) value chain. It comprises of three sub-sectors; (i) Renewables & Power, (ii) Utilities and (iii) Hydrocarbons & New Energies.
Adrian joined ING in 2010, supporting clients with financing and advisory services in the energy space, with notable projects in energy storage, renewables, offshore wind, and LNG-to-power. He leads an Asia Pacific team located across Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo.
Prior to ING, Adrian qualified as a chartered accountant working at KPMG and Ernst & Young. Adrian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (2001) and qualified with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK (ACCA) in 2006.
